I am S Karaiadiselvan. I am the Managing Director of CADD Centre, Asia’s largest network of training institutes for engineering design software, and divisions like Dream Zone, Livewire, Synergy, and Dreamflower that are into niche training areas from IT, creative skills to preschool education.

A graduate in Industrial and Production Engineering from Malnad College of Engineering, Hassan, Karnataka and a postgraduate in Business Administration. Before joining CADD Centre, I had a brief stint with Ashok Leyland, as a trainee engineer. I became a part of CADD Centre in 1992 and continue to remain a proud member of the CADD Centre family that is growing leaps and bounds.

A people’s person, who is interested in seeing people learn, grow and lead a happy life. Strongly believe in teamwork and look for long-lasting relationship with students, franchise partners and employees at all levels. No doubt, some of these qualities have helped me achieve tremendous professional success and personal satisfaction.

One of the first employees of the company, my first assignment was to teach CAD software to engineering students and corporate employees. Since, I showed interest in business development as well, I was made the Business Head in 1995, when CADD Centre took the momentous decision of achieving growth through by franchising.

My responsibility was to evolve the franchising plan across Tamil Nadu and other south Indian States. Thanks to our win-win franchise model, we could add more franchise partners to the network; make them successful, one franchise partner at a time.

I was promoted as the director of the company in 1999. I made CADD Centre a multi-product training company in 2002. We achieved the magic number of 100 franchise centres in 2005.

I was elevated to the position of Managing Director in 2010. Today, we have successfully diversified into many new training areas such as creative education, business skills, and preschool education. For the CADD Centre network I have big dreams, which I am sure, we will achieve with the support and commitment of the entire team.

After about three decades of experience, I am recommitting myself to helping as many people succeed in life as possible. A passionate writer, speaker, I have authored two self-help books in Tamil: Vetri Nichayam Adhu Veda Sathyam and Ulluvathellam Uyarvullal. I speak in many academic and business forums across the country and abroad. Also take time off for mentoring entrepreneurs and guiding students in their career.
